I purchased an item as a guest in checkout, the product arrived was completely different product from description of listing which ruined a Christmas gift. The item was fake and damaged on arrival. The problem is I have had one of my eBay accounts suspended for not paying an auction fee (now paid to debt collectors) but my email used for guest checkout was same as my suspended email account, so I am stuck in trying to help return anything on eBay via that email as it won’t let me. Please can anyone help I want to return this product and my money back. Thankyou
