Trying to return item for refund but no one will accept it at pick up unable to get eBay to change to pick it up from address please help can not find anything on eBay to help

You will probably have to contact ebay to get them to change the return.   You can request a callback or use the live chat link on here:

It is usual for buyers to have to take returns to the Post Office, or courier drop off, what is the item and why do you need it picked up?
