Hi facial steamer it had six months warranty and I still have one month left but the seller not responding to me as it’s not working anymore I want to return but there is no option is kip saying we can’t find your order within 90 days when I purchased the item I asked the seller about warranty and she or he said 6 months now it’s not working anymore

Ebay only assist with returns and refunds within 30 days of receipt.

After that, it is between you and the seller.

If you bought from a UK business seller, you should be able to find an address on the listing details.  Try writing to them or ringing them.
