Re: Return

Right hand side of every listing is a link to the ebay 30 day money back guarantee.

You open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller has to supply a return label, and on return seller has 3 days to refund, if not you escalate the case to ebay.

DO NOT FOLLOW WHAT THE SELLER HAS TOLD YOU!  If you open the proper case, seller is responsible for return postage and full refund.

Re: Return

How was the partial refund made through a case if it was and the full amount was not received contact eBay Customer Services,  link below.

If a case was not opened then proceed this way now:

You have received an item not as described,  so you are guaranteed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

You then go right of the item in your Purchase History,  and from More Actions select Return this item,  selecting the reason...  Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller has 3 days to accept the case,  if they don't ,  you need to  escalate on day 4,  or within 30 days,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

If the seller wants the item back first,  they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage.  On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  Again,  if they don't,  you escalate the case.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

If you need to contact Customer Services, this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
