I sold a dress and have have a return request initiated. I have stated that I do not accept returns. The reason for the return was stated as item doesn’t fit with a message attached to say that the item says 14 but isles like a 10. It is a body con style stress from Lipsy. I wore the dress once and I am not a size 10 by any means but due to the fitted nature I chose not to wear it again. I explained this to her buyer but she has replies stating that the dress states a size 14 but it clearly isn’t therefore she should be refunded based on an inaccurate advert. I really don’t want to refund, I have stood by this and have only refunded in full one faulty garment, which I was happy to do. What would you do? Advice please. I’ve got 100% positive feedback at the moment. Emma

You are a private seller so you don't have to accept a return opened for the reason 'does not fit'.
You can choose to accept a return. The buyer will need to pay for tracked postage.

You have a No Returns on your listings, so you can send the buyer a polite message, that under eBay rules, you do not have to accept a return for the reason .... does not fit.

Unless buyer opens ebay case, do nothing.
If she opens does not fit case, you can refuse.
If she opens not as described case, issue returns label and refund in full on return.
