Tried to log in several times to VIEW MY ORDER DETAILS...Now been locked out and system says Order n

I placed an order.then tried to VIEW ORDER DETAILS TO GET THE INVOICE.....But the system is saying 

"ORDER not found Unfortunately there has been an error retrieving your order"

Did you order from this account that you are logged into?

If you didn't log in, and you bought as a guest, the order won't be linked to this account and you will need to find the email sent by Ebay confirming your purchase.

Yes I ordered as a guest .When I attempted several times to “View my Order Details “ in order to get the Invoice so the church can reimburse me….the system probably got confused by SEVERAL ATTEMPTS Athena logged me out. Now I can’t access the invoice from that email.
I really want the order and would never contemplate on cancellation hence I am appealing to the powers that be to help me to open the email or call me or email THE INVOICE please please I beg you by the mercies of God

You will not find any details in your eBay account,  as it wasn't used for buying this item.
