Return refused following accidental cancellation of return

EBay are blocking my return request following accidental cancellation of return. 
Surely as a buyer I’m allowed to make a mistake and correct it!

Any help on this matter will be much appreciated.

You can open a return but once cancelled that is it. You only get one chance.

Sorry, but once a case has been closed ebay won't allow another to be opened for that item.

What was the reason for return? If it was faulty/not as described you may be able to get your payment provider to help. Paypal are very good if you paid that way.
