After a long wait I got eBay to call me back, I explained my issue and they went away to get an answer ... but did not come back to me and the phone went dead.
I tried to call them back on the number the called me on, only to find this was in Germany and the call cost me £23.00 and I did no get the answer I was looking for! ... very frustrating and annoying. - Don't use the number they call you on it is expensive.
