Return labels

I have processed a return and chose Royal Mail, for which I was given a return ID and now showing as in transit but I have no label.  Tried Royal Mail website but didn't illicit anything from there. Keep going in round in circles of website. How do I get a label ????

Go to your "Returns and cancelled orders" section, select "View return details" beside the item and you should see the option to "Print label".

When I check on return and cancel orders it does not give option to print label. When I set up the return I chose Royal Mail and it gave me an I'd no. and is showing it as despatched but I can't send it anywhere without a label ?
