Return label

Seller agreed to a return. The return label was useless, Post Office wouldn’t accept it. Seller emailed me another return label and the

Item was returned successfully but on eBay it looks like I haven’t sent it. Still no refund. I can’t ask eBay for help because it looks like I haven’t sent it.

You need to contact eBay Customer Services explain a different label and tracking was used for them to see the item was received and so you can escalate the case for your refund.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
