Did you do it through an ebay return or dispute?.

If you did and you do not get your refund within 4 days you need to go back to the dispute and escalate to ebay.

You must have the tracking of the return on the item

If the postage was from ebay Packlink then it would be on automatically

All problems are done through ebay.

If you did not and are withint 30 days then open it now.

PUt the tracking onto the dispute.

Depending on reason for return, seller would have to provide return label, but sounds as though your return was DIY, and may not get a refund.
