I purchased a pair of chairs , but only received 1 of 3 of the parcels. I contacted the seller who had actually sent the other 2 parcels to another buyer . ? I asked for a refund but the seller said they would get the 2 remaining parcels returned to me , so I cancelled the refund . Turns out neither buyer nor seller have returned the items and I’m out of pocket . Ebay say there is nothing they can do because I cancelled the refund ?? This is criminal and both seller and Ebay should be held to account . How do I get my money back ??
Thanks for replying , I spoke to someone at EBay last weekend and they said “don’t worry you’ll get a refund as you’re covered by the guarantee “ I rang both eBay and the seller today and was fobbed off . The seller said “ tough it’s not her problem “ how can folk get away with this ?
