Return and refund

I returned an item but seller has not refunded me and is ignoring my messages. Impossible to talk to anyone at eBay.

If you've started a return request you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days and they will enforce the refund.    So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

I've tried to deal with seller who sent a return label but has not refunded me and is ignoring my messages. Have tried eBay help pages but nothing seems to work. Wish I'd never up used eBay.

I do not know what this is so no there isn't. I messaged seller who sent me a return label so I I sent item back. That's the last I've heard and no refund or response. Has been a month now.

A return label would normally be sent via a request made by the buyer.    If you can't find it contact ebay and ask them to check for you.   You can request a callback on here:

Thank you so much, have used link and got a call back straight away. Lady I spoke to has details of seller. I really hope they can see the messages between myself and the seller. 

I really appreciate your help as I was on the verge of putting it down to experience and a loss to myself and to never use eBay again.

Thank you so much for your help and advice, I've received a full refund once eBay got involved with seller. 

The lady I spoke to at eBay was absolutely brilliant.
