Return and refund

I am an oap and cannot send a photo of the the item i purchased for a return so it will not let me send the message what do i do, regards TY

What's the reason for the return?

In all fairness to the seller, if the item is damaged then it would be an idea to perhaps borrow a camera or phone or ask somebody else to take the photo for you. 

I note that you left a review for a camera you bought last August, do you still have that?

Copy and paste a picture from the original listing or get somebody else to take a picture and email it to you.
