Seller sent a wrong item and tried contact them but they are not responding to my messages. And it’s not possible to return the item to the US since I’m in Zambia

Without returning the item ebay cannot enforce a refund. Even if you don't want to pay the return postage start a return anyway and that may at least prompt a reply from the seller. On here:
https://www.ebay.com./help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
I've given you the link to do it on the US site. If you bought it on the UK site just change the .com to co.uk

You're in Zambia and your seller is in US ask your questions here https://community.ebay.com/ global site
However if you used a freight forwarder you wont be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee
