Return Label

Hello everyone,
A buyer wants to return an item, I've purchased a return postage from Royal Mail but I am unable to attach the code on the return page. Kindly advise on what to do, please. I have till tomorrow to sort this out otherwise, eBay will issue a full refund to the buyer. Thank you

You can provide the buyer with a label through the case.

Go back to the case and send the buyer a label via Ebay.

You should be able to cancel the other label you have paid for.
