Return Help When Seller No Longer on eBay

Hello

I need to return a jacket as it is too small.  However when I contacted the seller to confirm his address for the return, ,he is not on eBay anymore and I have no way of contacting him.    Would appreciate advice on how I can make contact with eBay to confirm the return address.

Why do you want to return it and how long ago did you buy it?

A seller can not just leave ebay when they have had a sale.

You dont ask the seller for his address you open a dispute

You have 30 days from the day of receipt of the item to open a dispute

Please give more information so we can give proper advice

I bought The North Face Nuptse Down Jacket in XL, but it is too small my son needs XXL.  Return ID: 5281428303.

I tried to contact the seller to check the address as it doesnt make sense and I was concerned it I sent to this address it wont be received

If you received the size you ordered then it is a Returns request dispute.

If the seller is a business then they have to accept returns and you pay the returns postage  unless it says otherwise.

Have you opened the dispute?

When you open the return then you should get the address off ebay to return too and that is where you send it too. As long as it says Delivered or attempted delivery to that address then you should win. 

Do not as for an exchange get your money back and then buy again

We can not access the return ID you put on as we are not ebay just members like yourself
