Re: Retract Offer to Watchers?

I know.  I wondered if it might work for both.   You should be able to find any offers sent on Seller Hub click on Active Listings and then use the filter buttons at the top of the listings to select "Offers" and then "Sent".    If not the simplest solution is to end the listing.

Re: Retract Offer to Watchers?

Try from here:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBestOfferShow&guest=1

If that doesn't work and someone accepts an offer you can cancel the transaction (although you may get a defect on your account).     Or before it's accepted you could temporarily end the listing early via the dropdown menu and relist.

Re: Retract Offer to Watchers?

Thanks - Isn't that for Best Offers by buyers? I need to retract an offer I made to watchers of my item.

Re: Retract Offer to Watchers?

As said you can see offers made, using all filters, and the options in drop down menu, if all work seem to give plenty of choice, and if all else fails end listing.

Re: Retract Offer to Watchers?

Hi again. It's OK - the person has accepted and she's bought loads from me
so the amount is OK!

Thanks anyway.

PS. Do you know how I can combine Simple Delivery postage when I've paid
for it? (seller) She has bought 12 items! (a repeat buyer)

I could buy the postage myself (in a larger parcel!) but won't ebay charge
me anyway (for each postage label)? Then there'll be no eBay
tracking/delivery record either?

I suppose I could split it into 3 or 4 £3.38 'small parcels' and put low
value bits in with the higher value items in case non-receipt is claimed?
But won't ebay keep bothering me to 'post' the (labels I've not printed)
etc?

Re: Retract Offer to Watchers?

Sorry, I've only just seen your second question.

With Simple Delivery the items have to be bought in one transaction at checkout to receive a single postage label for the items to be combined.   Even then there are often problems.

If you don't want to send the lots separately it's best to cancel/refund them and relist in one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.   You do that from the dropdown menu for the items on your orders list.

An alternative would be to send them together anyway.   Open the unused labels to mark the items as dispatched then change the tracking at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

If the buyer paid for the unused labels the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.  I f you paid for the extra labels you can only get a refund if you manage to add the tracking onto all the items -  here:
