Just tried to list a ceramic figurine head table lighter, much like many on eBay at the mo but have my listing cancelled by them as a restricted item. Anyone having same trouble?

If you are refering to the lighter that is showing as listed today, then it has not been removed!!
If it has been removed once before it is unwise to relist, although I cannot see what would be reason for restriction.
