Restart a return

Anyone know how to reopen a return, I chose the wrong delivery service so closed the return, now I can't restart a new return for the same item

Generally it's not possible to reopen a return but it's worth contacting eBay Customer Service to see if they can do it for you

You cannot.  Once a return is closed, another for the same item cannot be opened.

If this was a case of returning an item for the reason item not as described,  you can turn to your payment provider now for help with your refund.
