Request for Assistance with Suspended eBay.co.uk Account

Hello everyone,

I’m seeking help regarding my seller account on eBay.co.uk, which was suspended quite a long time ago. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the details, and I no longer have any emails or messages that might explain why it was suspended or how to resolve it.

If anyone has faced a similar situation, could you please share how you managed to get your account reinstated? Which steps did you take, whom did you contact, and what documents or information were needed?

If ebay say it is a permanent ban, there is no appeal or ability to use account again.

You can't even open a new account.

A permanent suspension cannot be overturned but you can try to get more advice from Customer Services if you have some more account details available when you request a Call back here >

Have you looked at your own feedback received as a seller? In my opinion, this could well explain your suspension.  If you see the screenshot below, which shows 6 out of the 10 feedback you received, it does look as if you were not a reliable seller.
