Request buyer feedback revision

Can anyone explain to me how I go about sending my buyer a feedback revision request please? My buyer has admitted they've left the wrong feedback on the item they bought from me and in order to amend their error, I have to send them a request to amend it?  I cannot find anywhere HOW to send the buyer a "Feedback revision request".  Any advice would be extremely helpful.  Thank you.

How to send a feedback revision request to your buyer

You can only request a revision for feedback that is less than 30 days old, and can make 5 feedback revision requests per calendar year.

You have not get any recent negatives which could be eligible for revision.

If a buyer has made inaccurate comments, they can add a follow up but can't revise positive feedback.

No its not the neutral. The buyer has admitted leaving the wrong feedback which doesn't even relate to the item that was purchased from me.  The buyer left the feedback in the positive category, but the comments were in relation to damaged items being received, a refund and faulty packaging - nothing to do with my item.  Therefore I wanted the buyer to "revise their feedback" and I was informed by the buyer that I needed to prompt this by "requesting the buyer to revise their feedback".  This has nothing to do with who is right /wrong/who is to be believed etc - its a case of leaving the wrong feedback on an item I sold - the buyer even admits the error.  Many thanks.

unfortunately feedback revision will not be issued for a positive [green dot] feedback.
