Report buyer click box

Hi all,

Normally  there are 3 feedback boxes on show when you're giving feedback for a seller/buyer. I noticed the other day that there were just 2. A: 'Positive box' alongside a 'Report buyer' box.  So what's the story? Or rather, why just the 2 boxes?

That looks like a glitch.

Is it still looking that way now?

Perhaps clear cache and cookies,  if using the app or mobile browser switch if you can for now to a laptop /PC use Chrome that seems to work well, try from there.

I'm on a laptop with Chrome and the usual feedback format is showing for me.

If you are looking specifically to give feedback to a buyer, and not a seller, there are only two choices.

You can leave them positive feedback - no negative comments allowed, obviously.

You cannot leave a buyer neutral or negative feedback.

Or, you can report the buyer.  The report a buyer feature allows you to complain if the buyer did some very specific things, for example, asking for things that were not part of the listing.
