Replacement solar light

I wanted a replacement solar light order number 25-13642-86201 as it never had a remote control in the box so I thought they were going give me a replacement solar light I never asked for a refund I asked for a replacement  but if they want to give a refund then they should expect a bad review as they never did what the customer asked

NEVER ACCEPT A REPLACEMENT, always get money back and if you wish buy again.

While you eould be protected by ebay for original purchase which you could return as NOT AS DESCRIBED, at sellers expense, you would have no protection for a replacement if that was faulty.

Giving bad feedback for what was in your best interest is OTT.

It's never wise to accept a replacement as that too could be faulty, and for a second item you are not covered for any refund.

You correctly received a full refund for an item not as described,  and you have 60 days to leave appropriate feedback if you wish.
