Cancellation request refused

My cancellation request has been refused. I consider the items come from theft. The seller refused cancellation. I think it is time to close account.

Can I ask,  what evidence do you have,  that the items listed for sale , are the results from a theft?

If reported to police, then they should have kept the item, otherwise they would take no action.

If you have nor received it yet, then police would do nothing.

What evidence do you have that item is stolen property?
