I sold a laptop keyboard to someone last October. I sold it as new other as it was an unused part but the box had been opened and was a few years old when it was sold.
the buyer has contacted me today to say that some of the keys are not working and how can I resolve it. I replied to say if keys are now not working then there is no fix unfortunately and he would need to buy a replacement. I don't have more of the keyboard he bought. He replied back saying that that it shouldn't have gone faulty in 5-6 months since he bought it and I should send a replacement or refund him. I want to ask if I should be doing this as the keyboard may have had liquid damage or physical damage to cause the keys not working
