Remove negative feedback

I received negative feedback from buyer unfairly. I listed a item about 2 years ago and not relise still for sale on list. Someone bought this item and I didn't relise until eBay sent me message for refund even I didn't receive any payment into my account.  Payment was hold in eBay account I issued refund and explain reason.  Buyer after gave me negative feedback its not fare I contacted with  Buyer for remove feedback who ignored my request can you please remove negative feedback thanks

If it is the feedback that says you didn't send the item ebay will not remove it because it would seem to be true.

In any case the feedback is too  old to remove now.

You say "its not your fault" but it is if you listed the item for sale that wasnt for sale Im afraid it was, I appreciate that this is an oversight on your behalf but it still remains your mistake none the less.

Also appears this negative was left over 6mths ago so they may have replied if you had appealed immediately but your only option now is to leave a reply - Go to your Feedback page and on the right click "reply" and you can leave a follow up
