I don’t know about you but I am sick to death, fed up, annoyed, even angry at the demise of a simple telephone call to sort problems out.

if I get another box to fill or press I think I’ll leave eBay. Other organisations are all going down the same road….. so much for valuing your customers. Apple of course still offer a personal human being to talk to. But they are cash rich, but there again isnt eBay?! Having now passed onto buyers a premium under the guise of a better delivery service - more money to be made but hey ho personal contact well pass on that gilt edged service.

its so disappointing they make it impossible for sellers or customers to SPEAK to someone.!

Any company going down this road needs in my opinion to question the effect it has on the human psyche- frustration along with perception of ivory towers where employees sit in a still silence devoid of telephones or mobiles or ‘hassle’. Are we lesser mortals to be treated in such manner?

no it ain’t good and leaves a bitter taste. Sellers and buyers unite to get personal - real people answering calls again.

at your peril eBay - show you care about the people who ultimately pay your wages……

also eBay can you also do away with CATCHA or whatever it is - if you read this stuff. It’s wreaking havoc on my pc and won’t let me in. Security it seems is going mad mad mad and it’s not in one of your auto Q boxes. You may need a million boxes soon, but there is a real solution Ai and it will sort us all out or maybe not?

I have been corrected already as communication was not listed under their chosen labels I wonder why?

Access / Communication.

I know where you are coming from - it isnt easy to get through to Ebay CS and I think they do that purposely to sift out the "obvious" questions which can be solved for new buyers/sellers but when you need someone it canb be frustrating -  so save this link

eBay Customer Service

Im afraid the CAPTCHA is there to stop bots etc and as annoying as they are they are there to secure ppls accounts and from new accounts being created to sell fraudulently etc so we have to live with that - You may need to clear your "cookies" on your PC as there shouldnt be a reason that its stopping you from logging in but I agree it can be 2-3 attempts of clicking frogs or mountains etc before you get in - also I find that some search engines work better etc Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Opera - try a different one
