Removal of negative feedback.

I have negative feedback, I want it removed due to it , in my opinion harmful to my EBay reputation.

However on the EBay page it says I don’t have any negative feedback. BUT I do.

Never can speak with a Rep or even a robot in this case.
totally fed up with not being able to speak with a human.
Any help with both issues would be very much appreciated.
cheers.

There is no reason why Ebay would remove the feedback as it is the buyer's honest opinion of the transaction.

You listed the item as 'new' which Ebay defines as:

New

A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable). If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.

The feedback doesn't break feedback rules so eBay will not remove it.

You could try and resolve the matter with the buyer,  perhaps offer a partial refund?   If they accept and appeased,  ask them if they would kindly fill in a feedback revision you can send to them.

If not, the feedback will stay for 2 months,  but you did leave a good follow up.  It shouldn't  put off any potential future buyers buying from you.

Hi thanks for the quick reply.
Sorry but what do you mean when you say it will only stay for two months?

It is new old stock and never been used and in original packaging. I don’t think the description is miss leading.
It’s the sentence of me being dishonest and deceitful that I have an issue with.
Thanks for the quick reply.

I don’t think the description is misleading.

The buyer claims that the both the padlock and the keys received were not the ones shown in the picture. You didn't deny this in your reply.

Is this perhaps a case where - as eBay now allows sellers to do - you copied photos previously used by another seller?

I've always said it was a bad decision by eBay to allow this. Surely they must have realised that buyers would react badly if the item they receive isn't even the one shown in the photos.

Hi
The photos wasn’t copied, I took the photos. The two keys that was sent was the ones for that padlock. I did say that it may have had slight blemishes on it but that didn’t effect the workings of the lock in any way if it would have I would have exchanged it. Ecru
It’s the comments the buyer made in his feed back that bothers me.
Dishonest- Deceitful. I ask myself, do I pursue this issue or just let it go, seen as I can NEVER speak with a EBay representative.
Anyway thanks for the feed back.
Cheers.
