Hi , Iv made a recent sale of some items, the buyer has received the products and has left positive feedback back . The problem is he can’t mark the item. As received so I can’t get my funds released. How can this problem be resolved? Kind regards

Sold items are marked as received by the tracking showing delivery. If you didn't use tracked postage will money will be held for 14 days.

There has never been any way for a buyer to mark items as received.

Make sure you have added the tracking on Ebay and you will receive payment 48 hours after tracking confirms delivery.
