Release of funds

I have sold several items on Ebay and most of them have been delivered and in some cases good feedback has been left. I have put the tracking numbers on the items so how long do I have to wait for my funds to be released. Not happy with this new system - tempted to report Ebay to the authorities as this is fraud. It is my money not theirs. I have tried repeatedly to contact them but without success !

No point contacting Customer Services the new system of payouts is this.

Tracking showing delivery, payout released 2 days after that delivery date.

No tracking, payout held for 14 days.

Feedback left will only release items of a value £10 or less sooner,  and this comes into effect end of this month.  Feedback will not release a payout for items of a greater value.

If you are a new or returning seller,  then there may be initial holds of 21 days.
