Rejected to pay

The item I'm trying to buy is advertised as it would post to many countries via GSP. Among many others, the list also includes Hungary. However, when I wanted to pay, I got the following system message: 

"Unfortunately, this seller won't send this item to Hungary. Update your delivery address and try again."

I've tried with a German address with the same result. Accordingly, I cannot pay, cannot do anything. I've contacted the seller and he kindly confirmed that he is ready to ship to all those countries by GSP.

Where is the way out from this loop? (I've asked the chatbot, but it is so dumb that didn't even understand the problem, no matter how simple way I asked).

Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list.  That should remove any blocks.

Thank you, I will do so.

Meanwhile, I will try to force the automatic assistant to get an agent to call me and see an institutional solution (I'm an experienced eBay member for many years and I've never encountered such problem)

Does the seller quote postage on listing for your country, using GSP.

You say seller confirmed that he is ready to ship using GSP, but you do not say that his listing says he is using GSP.
