Rejected return

A seller has sent me a product in poor condition and then refused my return request. Is there anything I can do? The return was just closed instantly.

As long as you are within 30 days of receipt and the item is covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you should be able to return it.

What reason did you choose from the list offered when you opened the return case?

You should have opened item not as described case.

If it was normal return, private seller can refuse this type.

Sounds as though it is  a private seller with a no returns policy and you opened the wrong sort of return. If that is the case the there is no second chance and you will have to contact your payment provider.

No seller can refuse a NOT AS DESCRIBED case which covers damaged, does not work etc.
