Seller not responding

I message the seller about returning item I returned last Thursday I haven’t got response from the seller and I’m waiting on my refund I don’t know what to do about it

Enter the tracking into the case and on day 4 escalate the case to eBay.

Did you open a return case?

You do not get refunds by asking for a refund and returning an item, unless done through an ebay case. Only by using the correct process can a refund be forced by ebay if seller ignores a case, no case and ebay will not help.

I can’t do Return case it’s closed the seller hasn’t responded and said can’t issue refund not working and ask me to do refund request I can’t seem to do that but thanks for getting back

Okay thanks the seller responded can’t seem to issue me refund and ask me to do refund requested I can’t seem to do even my return request is closed even I sent the item last week I said to seller it’s their job to sort out the refund as item been sent back last week anyways
