Refused no return address

Hi  buyer has refused to recieve the item they bought from me and it's saying it has been returned to me. I realise I didn't write a return address on the parcel so what happens now. I've not been paid, obviously as ebay changes mean we don't get paid until after delivery. Please help thx.

Hope this is not an expensive lesson learned,  but you must Always write your address on the back of all items posted.

However,  if attempted delivery was made and tracking can prove this,  you will not have to refund if the buyer opens a case for item not received.
