I had a motor & gearbox for sale and a seller message me for a cheaper deal out of eBay upon collection
so i declined and instead listed a cheaper one that was working just not as clean
and slightly more worn they accepted and purchased the item
now they want to return it and have sent a picture looks like they have swapped some parts and they are blaming the part a mechanic won’t fit it !
now eBay is only given me 2 options to refund them but I don’t see why I should
mad the item was sold working used with no returns
any ideas how I can appeal against the refund ??
