Refunds

I refunded buyer cost of item only.  My description advises that postage is not refundable.

Now received a request to return item from buyer where I’ll have to buy postage label.  It advises I have to then refund buyer full cost (so postage to be paid).  Is this right as surely I’m out of pocket?

If buyer opens item not as described case, you issue returns label and refund on full on return, 

This includes outgoing postage. 

You can refuse change of mind returns, 

If you accept this type of case, buyer pays return postage, but again you refund in full on return. 

If you don't refund In full, ebay can force it.
