Hi I purchased a pair of kickers for my son in September from a online retailer on ebay . They are faulty the stitching has come away and they let water in, which shouldn't happen to shoes in this time frame. I contacted Kickers directly as i do believe its a manufacturing fault however they told me its up to the retailer. I have been in contact with the retailer but they don't want to know. I have tried to use the chat system on ebay so that i can ask them to step in but because it was in september its not showing my purchase. When i go into purchase history they are there but there is no option for ebay to step in and help / report a problem. I can't even ask for them to call me back because its not allowing me to choose the item i am referring too (on the chat system). Please can anyone help? thanks
