A buyer bought some shoes from me that did not fit. I accepted the return and the buyer has sent them back to me paying for the postage himself and I need to refund the total cost of the shoes and the carriage back which obviously comes to more than the total price so how do I do that and ideas?

Thank you for your swift reply. Sadly the buyer thought they were being helpful so will have to do the later!
Thank you

You can only refund the original payment and postage via ebay. For any extra you would have to use something like Paypal or bank transfer.
For future reference if a buyer opens a return on ebay they are supplied with a postage label paid for by the seller.
