Refunded for item received not sure what to do

Ebay sent message to say my order is being refunded and the item has been removed, I've since received item so I thought its only fair to let eBay know so they can reimburse the seller

ebay won't pay the seller back but if you can contact the seller you can arrange to repay using something like Paypal.
