Shipped sold item via eBay service, was lost for 20 days. Buyer initiated a claim, eBay said refund as lost, I got some but not the full sale value back. Goods received 2 days later, buyer up item and full refund I’m down eBay says I can’t log a complaint?! EBay’s own notification on na shows at point of delivery help!
