Refund

Item delivered 27th September, request for refund received today? After a month of them having the item do I need to refund it?

eBay allow 30 days from delivery date for claims.   If they are saying the item was not described correctly you will have to accept the return and issue refund after you get item back.

From the date of delivery you give, buyer is outside the 30 days allowed so you need do nothing, BUT depending on reason for wanting a refund, if you do not deal with it, buyer can go to their payment provider who may start a charge back to get a refund..
