Refund

Hi,

I recently got issued a refund on a pre order item over 2 months after purchasing.

I purchased originally with Klarna, I have since closed my Klarna account. 

How do I get my money back?

Ebay will only ever issue a refund to the payment source. You will need to query this with Klarna.

If Klarna does not give you an answer, can't see how they can suggest anything,  if you've closed your account with them,  when a refund goes to a closed account it will bounce back to eBay and wait until you add a valid account.
