Refund

Hi, 

i have returned 2 items to the seller with ONE barcode only and because of that they didn’t refund me for the second item and they’re not responding to my texts!

 

I tried to contact eBay but it keeps sending me to unhelpful pages! 
what should I do?

If the item was not as described, open an eBay case for the item as long as it is within eBay's 30 day Guarantee period.

You may need account intervention here and only Customer Services has that access, see if they can help you with this.

 

The link below takes you to a Call back for Customer Services, but I do recommend contacting CS at 8 a.m. on weekdays, when there's more chance of Dublin answering.
