Hi can someone tell me why I've been charged VAT of 1.20 and postage of 4.70 on an item that had to be cancelled because the seller said that the item was rong in the advert on eBay it said 120 pouches of cat food and the seller said that there is only 40 so I had to cancel

Your refund will come partly from the seller and partly from ebay.  

There is no reason why this won't happen if the sale has been cancelled properly.
