Refund

 I recently sold this phone and the buyer received and is saying there is scratches on screen but there wasn’t any when I sent and he want a refund but as I put this up for 25 and it’s worth more just to get rid of it it’s fully working with charger and everything so I don’t see the problem

It's best to accept a "not as described" return, even if you think it's unfair.   Otherwise ebay could end up enforcing the refund without the item having to be returned to you.   

Buyers sometimes invent problems to avoid paying the return postage, or if sellers don't accept "change of mind" returns.

Your buyer may be intending to return their old scratched one.  If they do, come back here for advice before you refund.
