Hello eBay Community
after a parcel was successfully delivered proved by tracking, the buyer reached out that day to say it had been stolen.
I chatted with eBay through the chat service and they said that we are proof of delivery was successful eBay would side with me. I was told by eBay to inform the buyer to open a claim and then to block the buyer.
Today I've just received a refund request from this buyer stating that the item was damaged on arrival and then in the notes she's put stolen.
Should I call eBay and inform them that this buyer is miss using the refund policy? I don't want anything to affect my 100% feedback score.

If buyer opened not as described case, issue returns label and refund on return.
But if item was stolen, buyer can't return it, so no refund.

Hello Tobiasd,
Yes the item was stolen and the buyer is misusing the refund policy, but I can see anything my end to reject this refund, all I can do is buy a return label or offer a refund and she keep the item.....
I am guessing this is a call to eBay unless there is a way you can report this online, sorry I am new to selling on eBay 🙂

If you fail to issue returns label, buyer may get refund anyway.
You won't get charged for label unless it is used.
