Refund process - address

Hi,
I have initiated a return and refund process which the seller has accepted. I have the return label as well which was automatically generated.
However the seller has mentioned that the address on the label is the old address and to send it to another address. Ofcourse I am unable to edit the address on the label. I have mentioned this to the seller and still awaiting feedback.
What would be the next step?

Refund process - address

Tracking only has to show attempted delivery.

As said, up to seller to keep address up to date.

You have to use the label to have any ebay protection if the seller gets difficult.

It is up to members to keep their addresses up to date.

The seller could refund you first and the  provide you with a label to the correct address.

What is the reason for the return?

Refund process - address

The item sent was incorrect/ not as advertised.

So I will have to use the label generated which means that the item gets returned to the seller's old address.
Hopefully I will still get the refund.
