I ordered a book back in December which has only just been released in April so the 90 day period has elapsed. The seller now has no items in their ebay store with no recent activity, does not respond to messages on ebay, facebook or their email account so not sure what to do. Ebay will only help if it within the cutoff window but, because the book release date was put back over and over this has passed. Wanted to find out if there was any recourse before consigning it to a lesson learnt.
