Refund of postage cost

Hi, I couldn’t print a postage label automatically from my eBay account once an item had sold, so I had to purchase one separately directly from the post office.  EBay has taken the cost of postage (despite no label being available) so I would like a refund of that amount.  How do I claim this back?

Go to Orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu on the right of the label and select Void Label.

Remember to change the tracking number after you've voided the first label, via the dropdown menu again.    If there's a problem doing that contact ebay and they'll do it for you.  You can use callback on here:
